Well, the head seems to be bit large, though, but overall, the character looks nice :D
"Sakamoto shizuka", is it? (my little attempt to "pronounce" the text before i even bother looking at the tags XD)

I totally agree with you. I actually did notice that myself, it's because I drew and colored the character on the same layer/shape, I couldn't go back and fix everything or redraw him once again because I got lazy and I wasted too much time on him :(
Well, I've figured something after making those first pictures of Shizuka. It's that I was more on learning new Flash techniques than focusing on detailing my character. His face seriously looks horrible but his hair is nicely done, at least that long wavy hair-tail to his right XD
I have to work more on his face, and luckily I have made a new sketch already :D

Ha! So the Japanese writing is fine. I can't read/write Japanese except for few symbols I know from watching Anime... I used Google translate on that ^^
